A young friend of the family went there, but I was involved in the process, and on the phone with them. Her SUV had issues that many mechanics could have represented murkily, and taken advantage of.
Merle Snyder didn't do that. They were honest and direct, didn't charge us, because, as they put it, We really didn't do anything. There's nothing that we can diagnose at this point." (!) And they were aware I would have paid for whatever they said they needed to do. They responded rapidly, went to a great deal of trouble to analyse the issues of the vehicle, and to explain their conclusions - to her, and to me.

Vehicle was in unsafe condition with a fuel line dumping. Left it there late on Thursday night with a note. I called in Friday to leave my contact information. They were full up with previous appointments. The following Wednesday morning they put it on a lift and had it repaired by noon. Thank you. It has been weeks and everything is fine. I didn't check on-time because we never had an agreement.
The people there are very professional and friendly. As a female, I have been "mansplained" to at other places. NOT HERE! The staff here listen to what I am saying, and are very courteous. They do excellent work, and leave my car cleaner than when I come in lol. The waiting area is also very clean. I appreciated that everyone I interacted with wore a mask. I will continue to bring my business here and recommend Merle Snider to everyone I know.
